VICTORIA FALLS TOUR BOOKING PROTOCOL:
1. Once the booking request form below is submitted, a deposit representing 50% of your total cost must be paid within 48 hours of receiving a payment link from Safari.com - our chosen tour operator for the ‘85 Batchmates - Friends & Family - Victoria Falls Tour. If you choose to take part in the Half-Day Chobe National Park Game Drive, as well as the Victoria Falls Helicopter Flight, please add US$180 to your cost. If you choose only one option, there will be no extra charge.
2. After your deposit has been received, Safari.com will send out a deposit voucher (booking confirmation) stating the details of your booking, and the amount that was paid.
3. A reminder will be sent out around the 15th of June, 2025 for the balance payment, which must be paid no later than the 19th of June, 2025.
4. Cancellations made before 19th of June, 2025 will be eligible for a full refund.
