Please arrive between 5:45 PM and 6:00 PM and head straight to the registration desk, at Hall A to check in, before making your way into the banquet hall.
The complimentary premium bar opens at 6:00 PM, so there’s every reason to be on time!
And if you’re usually fashionably late, please aim for 5:30 PM. 😉

Wristband Policy
Every guest must register in person at the check-in desk at Hall A of the Grand Cinnamon.
At registration, a customized event wristband will be placed on the wrist of your choice. Please keep it on throughout the evening, as you’ll need to show it each time you leave and re-enter the banquet hall.
No ticket, no entry - No wristband, no re-entry, so please keep it on for the night!

Your safety and security are a priority throughout the evening. Professional security guards and a Paid Duty Police Officer will be on-site during the event.
Security personnel will also assist with enforcing the wristband and re-entry policy throughout the night.

A special photo backdrop will be set up at the entrance, with professional photographers ready to capture the moment as you arrive.
You’re also welcome to return to the photo area with your friends throughout the evening until 9:00 PM for more photos.
The original digital photos will be made available to guests free of charge sometime after the event.

Starting at 6:30 PM, we’ll be creating one grand group photograph of all 200+ batchmates in attendance. Plus-ones are excluded.
To make this possible, batchmates will be divided into 10 smaller groups, photographed separately, and then professionally merged into one seamless grand group photo.
Each batchmate will be assigned a group number

To make this possible, batchmates will be divided into 10 smaller groups, photographed separately, and then professionally merged into one seamless grand group photo.
Each batchmate will be assigned a group number and notified in advance. Please make your way to the photo area when your number is called. All group photos must be completed by 7:15 PM.
If you miss your assigned group, you may join another group, but please be photographed only once. Appearing in more than one group will result in you appearing multiple times in the final merged photograph.
Please note:
- Late arrivals, after the group photoshoot has concluded, will not be included in the final group photo.
- No other photography will take place in the staging area during the group-photo session.
- The completed grand merged photograph will be printed and delivered to your table before the end of the night.

For the first time at any dinner dance, freshly made hoppers with the accompaniments will be served right to your table, starting at 11:30 PM.
Each table will receive an order sheet earlier in the evening. Please complete and return it by 9:00 PM so we can prepare your selections in advance.
Choose from Egg Hoppers, Milk Hoppers with Jagger
For the first time at any dinner dance, freshly made hoppers with the accompaniments will be served right to your table, starting at 11:30 PM.

Once every table has been served, the Live Hopper Station will open for buffet service, so feel free to go back for seconds, thirds, or as many as your stomach can handle!
We’ve gone to great lengths to save you from standing in long hopper queues. That means more time where you belong - dancing the night away, enjoying a drink, and catching up with old friends over conversation and laughter.
