Ticket Sales & Purchase Information
Due to overwhelming demand and the venue's limited capacity, Batchmates Ball Toronto was completely sold out on June 22nd.
Following numerous requests from batchmates, we have reconfigured the venue layout to accommodate additional guests. As a result, a limited number of additional tickets will be released for sale this Friday, July 17th on a first-come, first-served basis.
How to Purchase Tickets
Simply click the "Buy Tickets" button below, and you will be redirected to our fully encrypted and secure Jotform order page, where you will be asked to complete the guest information form. Completing the form should take no more than 2 minutes. It's simple and straightforward.
After submitting the form, you will receive an email confirmation containing a copy of your submission within a few minutes. If you do not receive it, please check your Spam or Junk folder.
Please review your submission carefully. If you notice any errors or need to make changes, contact the organizers through the Contact Us page. Please do not submit multiple order forms for the same guest(s).
Payment Instructions
To complete your ticket purchase, please send your payment by Interac e-Transfer to: batchmatesball@outlook.com
IMPORTANT
DO NOT send e-transfers to any other email address.
In the message/details section of your e-transfer, please include:
- Primary ticket holder's full name
- Mobile number
- Email address
- Total number of tickets being purchased
Guests Travelling from Outside Canada
If you are purchasing tickets from abroad and are unable to send an Interac e-Transfer, please contact the organizers for alternative payment options.
Ticket Confirmation
Once both your completed order form and payment have been received, the organizers will verify your purchase and contact the primary ticket holder regarding ticket distribution and delivery.

* Submission of a ticket order form alone does not reserve tickets.
* Payment alone does not reserve tickets.
* Tickets are confirmed only after BOTH your completed ticket order form and payment have been received and verified, and only while tickets remain available.
Because the remaining tickets are extremely limited, availability will be determined on a first-come, first-served basis.
Scam Alert
For your protection:
- Never send payment to any email address other than batchmatesball@outlook.com.
- The organizers will never request payment to a different email address or mobile number.
- If you receive any suspicious payment instructions, please contact the organizers immediately before sending funds.
