Get ready for a milestone celebration like no other! This is the official home for our unforgettable 60th Birthday Reunion, a once-in-a-lifetime gathering for the All-Island ‘85 Batchmates and their better halves. We’re excited to welcome batchmates from across North America and around the world for a weekend filled with nostalgia, friendship, and pure joy.
This event is more than a reunion. It’s a tribute to the memories we’ve shared since our school days in Sri Lanka and to the bonds that have only grown stronger over the decades. It’s a chance to pause, reconnect, and celebrate how far we’ve come together.
WHY YOU’LL WANT TO BE THERE
We’ve intentionally chosen a date outside the busy summer travel season, making flights more affordable and schedules easier to manage. It’s the perfect opportunity to enjoy a well-deserved vacation in one of the most vibrant cities in Canada. Revisit old friendships, create new memories, and enjoy an evening of laughter, dancing, and heartfelt moments.
GREAT VALUE FOR AN INCREDIBLE NIGHT
We’ve worked hard to keep this celebration both special and accessible. Tickets will be priced at just CA$100 per person, which includes Buffet Dinner, Premium Open Bar, and Late Night Hopper Station. As we prepare for the event, we’ll continue to reach out to batchmates and community partners for support to help elevate the experience even further. Tickets go on sale in March 2026 and will be sold on a first come first served basis.
LET’S PLAN AHEAD TOGETHER
We anticipate an enthusiastic turnout from across North America and as far afield as Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and beyond, for this truly inclusive celebration bringing together all ’85 Batchmates from every corner of Sri Lanka, north to south, across all schools and mediums. Due to anticipated high demand and limited venue capacity, we encourage you to reserve your tickets and tables of ten as early as possible and be prepared to pay for them in March.
The organizers kindly request an early indication of your school’s interest in participating, along with an estimate of how many classmates are local. Attendance will be restricted to the ’85 Batcmates and their spouses only. Ticket reservations will be prioritized based on the order in which commitments are received. This information will also help us determine whether additional venue space is needed if that option is still available. Increasing capacity closer to the event date will be impossible.
To keep communication smooth and efficient, we request that each school appoint one or two representatives to coordinate with the event organizers. If you would like to represent your school and assist with coordination, please reach out to us.
